Toro Australia is a fully owned subsidiary of the Toro Company (NYSE:TTC), a global leader in turf & landscape maintenance equipment.  As with many global companies, Toro Australia's systems were managed overseas at head office, with all reporting for each market served from the USA, where flat formatted reports were distributed from SAP BW to each region.  Local data manipulation was difficult, providing a disparate view of the business with no integration to other local systems. 

Inside Info worked with Toro Australia to provide a deeper level of granularity into customer profitability using Qlik.  The initial application was developed in just 6 days, rolled out to 40 operational, sales and management staff. Data was consolidated from SAP BW, service centre, freight and CRM systems. And because QlikView is so easy to use, Toro can now manage all their own Qlik development inhouse.
