GWA Group is a leading supplier of building fixtures and fittings for households & commercial premises, home to bathroom and kitchen brands Caroma and Dorf, hot water and cooling systems and the Gainsborough and Austral Lock brands.
GWA needed to increase transparency and daily visibility of sales and margin performance in a bid to become more efficient and staff more accountable for the numbers. Reporting was manual and often took IT many hours a month to prepare reports for each division, requiring queries and daily sales reports to be run for each audience from different transactional systems.
Inside Info was chosen to deliver detailed analysis of customers, sales, margins and products on-demand across the group using QlikView, based on Inside Info’s Sales & Margin Dashboard, drawing data from their Inform M3/Lawson and Pronto ERPs. This was delivered to over 150 users in management, sales, marketing and finance across Australia, NZ, USA and Canada.
