QlikView applications let all types of end-users interactively analyse business critical information in a highly intuitive, productive and creative way. QlikView combines the three elements needed for a business analysis system in a single package. QlikView customers get:

  • A wizard-driven application development environment with fully integrated Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) tools;
  • A powerful AQL" (Associative Query Logic) analytics engine that allows for unlimited drill-down; and
  • A highly intuitive, easy-to-use user interface.

The complete package, QlikView allows developers to extract and cleanse data from multiple data sources, build powerful, dynamic applications and tailor them for use by power users, mobile users, and everyday end-users.  QlikView provides for enterprise-wide distribution of applications with support for web-centric, fully distributed, and mixed end-user environments.

QlikView's patented AQL architecture takes advantage of recent advances in computer and networking equipment, such as the low price and speed of RAM.  While providing flexible and powerful analysis capabilities, the AQL architecture removes the need for OLAP cubes and now, requiring a data warehouse is optional.

QlikView is a highly scalable solution, which takes full advantage of the underlying hardware platform to handle hundreds of millions of data records down to a transactional level.

QlikView comprises a powerful developer tool (QlikView Enterprise); a web server component (QlikView Server); an administration and management tool (QlikView Publisher) and a number of front-end options including a fully web-based zero footprint client.  QlikView is available now ‘on premise’, ‘via the cloud’ or ‘via a mobile’ to allow anytime, anywhere business answers across multiple data sources.
