"Inside Info turned an extremely manual, complex & inconsistent process into an easy, automated view of sales & marketing performance end-to-end. Meshing external data, with internal telephony, CRM and data warehouse systems. It took 3 weeks, was great value and can be easily updated."

SAN FRANCISCO – Salesforce.com Dreamforce Conference - November 3, 2008 – QlikTech, the world’s fastest-growing Business Intelligence (BI) software vendors, today announced the availability of QlikView for Salesforce CRM on the Force.com AppExchange. The pre-integrated version of QlikTech’s award-winning QlikView business analysis solution within the Salesforce CRM environment enables users to visualise and analyse all of their Salesforce CRM data. The announcement was made today at Dreamforce ‘08, salesforce.com’s user and developer conference.

Designed specifically to enable fast, user-driven CRM analysis, QlikView for Salesforce CRM allows users to visualize all of their Salesforce CRM data at the click of a button.  In today’s economy, businesses must make smarter decisions to maximise each customer interaction and sales opportunity.  By viewing data in Salesforce CRM in a user-driven, intuitive way, organisations can easily measure pipeline across the entire sales cycle, analyze customer service requests across multiple dimensions, and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within their customer base.

QlikView works the way the human mind works, making associations by connecting data from many sources in a few clicks. With so many companies running multiple business systems, QlikView offers an alternative to data consolidation confusion by relating information within Salesforce CRM and for seamless and visual analysis, dashboards and reports.

QlikView for Salesforce CRM can easily be accessed within Salesforce CRM as a custom tab or as embedded QlikView graphs, tables, and charts within other Salesforce CRM tabs.  Also, QlikView for Salesforce CRM works offline, so users have visibility into all of their customer interaction analysis for smarter decision-making wherever they may be.

“Salesforce CRM users demand simple, easy technology that they can control without depending on IT. With QlikView for Salesforce CRM, users select the analytics most important to them for inclusion in their Salesforce CRM displays. QlikView analysis ensures fast, integrated and meaningful analysis for each Salesforce CRM user, so he or she can easily work with the necessary information to make better decisions,” said Anthony Deighton, senior vice president of marketing at QlikTech.

“Business Intelligence is a priority for many Salesforce CRM customers. Through the Force.com AppExchange, Salesforce users can easily utilize QlikView’s next-generation BI technology to see how simple and valuable analytics embedded in Salesforce CRM can help improve their sales and customer service performance,” said Clarence SO, Chief Marketing Officer, salesforce.com.
